Hi All,
I am about to put in new front wheel bearings on my Spit. and decided that I
really should read the Haynes manual just in case. It says that the space
between the two sets of bearings, the inner cavity, needs to be half filled
with grease, why? I spoke with my local Spitfire scrappy and he didn't know
the reason either. I shall do what the book says but I would like to know
why I'm doing it.
