I'm having trouble rebuilding the tandem brake master cylinder on a MKI
GT6. However, The seals in the kit I bought from TRF don't seem right. The
seal for the secondary (rear) plunger feels a bit loose and the seal for the
primary plunger is too big for the bore. the part number on the kit is
SP2407 and is listed to fit GT6's MKI through MKIII. Looking in the TRF
price list they show P/N SP2859, Repair Kit, M/C, GT6 MKIII. it is priced
at $55, about the same as the kit I have. My question is, did Triumph
change the tandem brake M/C's during the run of GT6's and, if they did, what
was changed.
