Thank you very much for the advice . I'm currently running an ad in local
newspapers for a D - type Laycock overdrive unit . Maybe , if I'm very lucky
, someone in SA will have one for sale . Fingers and toes crossed :-)

Think outside the box.  Overdrives were made by Laycock, not Triumph.  So a
Laycock overdrive is a Laycock overdrive, regardless of it being mounted in
