Just grew in different directions. We're back to being best friends
again.
Anyway... it's my present lady friend that kicks in and
does all the interior ripup, cleanup and installation.
A match made in heaven. My only remuneration? I MUST make sure
at least one is running for the required weekend evening cruise.
