I am a registered customer of Rimmer, and my order was placed July 17th, and
I even mentioned the then upcoming VTR200 convention and they still did not
offer me the free shipping. I am about to place another order with them but
only if they agree to honor their "free carriage of parts" offer. I rarely
give companies a second chance but I'm making an exception in this case
because their reps at VTR2000 said I got "screwed" and are trying to make
things right.
