A little over a month ago I sent "Rocker Arm Specialist" in Anderson Calf.
my assembly for a rebuild, got it back in a week, opened the box ready to
install it last week and the face on just one of the rockers looked a little
weak to me, called them on the phone, he just verified my address and
shipped not 1 but 2, by 2nd day air with no questions asked, now thats
customer service we seldom ever hear about, seems only the bad get reported
(by me also), just to let the list know what kind of shop they operate.
