It brings to mind the famous Stephensville, TX "Santa Claus Bandit". Many
years ago a man came into a bank there dressed as santa and robbed the
place. Since then there has been a local ordinance prohibiting anyone from
entering a bank wearing a costume (particularly a Santa suit)!
