Use over spray clay by Meguiars available from Carquest in Canada.
You simply spray the offending area with detail spray and then rub the clay over
the area and it removes the over spray. I used it on the body of my TVR to 
remove

over spray from DPO painting the headliner and had terrific results. Car is
painted with base coat clear coat so I'm sure it won't harm your epoxy coated
frame.
Wear rubber gloves when your using it or your fingers will be black for awhile.
