Good points Marc makes.  Alternatively get a good virus checker (I use
Norton 2002) that checks incoming and outgoing mail.  It's been well
worthwhile recently with lots of stuff picked up (all incoming!)  This
coupled with the common sense to be cautious with all attachments no matter
who they are from has kept me clean so far....
