I must be missing somthing here, the main shaft goes almost "all" the way
through the O/D housing, so saying the O/D housing is at least 10"ong, plus
the length of the tail shaft must be moved/slid back over 6" just to come
close to clearing O/D housing, folks there is not this much area for movement
to uncouple the O/D from the transmission in the car, no way, and reassembly
would be even worse, at a minimun you need at least 14" of open space under
the tranny tunnel, good luck "FT"
