I don't think they are available.
I have seen a spit with a vacum advance from an american car grafted
onto the distributer.
As far as I know the vaccum device drops the idle when the car is
sitting for emissions purposes. your not going to get any extra performance.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
