I have three sets of front vertical links, competely dismantled and cleaned
up. All three of the left hand ones are bent at the base of the threads. The
lower trunion will screw down to 1/8" of the base on the three right hand
vertical links. The trunnions don't screw down as far on the left hand
vertical links and have gap of 1/4" on the inside and 3/8" on the outside.
Is this merely coincidence or did the factory screw up when they cut the left
hand threads?
I have one front end I haven't dismantled yet, if it is the same as the other
three, I would think it was a factory anomaly.
Has anyone noticed this? Do I have three bent left hand vertical links?
