I painted mine with one gallon.
Four coats, under bonnet, boot, inside of doors.
I used urethane and the gallon came short to make up for the activator.
Activator came along in another container.
I had about 1/4 gallon left over

How much does it usually take to cover an entier Spitfire? I am looking to
put a couple good coats on the car (inside and out). Not really concerned
with the underside just yet.
