Need a Spare & Pump

Howdy friends,

I need just a couple items for my Bugeye and thought I'd ask
if any of you-all can help:

1.  Spare wheel (plain old original style steel wheel).  

2.  Windscreen washer pump; early style with three input
fittings (or whatever ya call 'em).

I live in Washington DC (yeah, I know...), and it would help
if I could find a spare wheel sorta close to here.  Anyways,
thanks for any leads.
