Hi,
Thanks for the input I'll sure watch out that problem. After 2,000
miles it hasn't happened yet. I do carry a set of LUCAS points in my tool bag!
I inherited my 66 El Camino from my granddad in 76 and have used "Blue Streak"
parts in it ever since (150,000 miles). They don't make a dist cap for the lbc
( I can just see the Judges at a show when they saw a blue cap). I hope they
do work because I bought the last 5 sets in Reno.
