Hi, Christopher!
I haven't had this problem.  What are you using to lubricate them now, and
where do you lubricate them?  I used wheel bearing grease when I lubed mine
a few years ago, because that's what I had around at the time I had the
door panels off.  I put the grease into the track that the regulator slides
in, and into the winder gear teeth as well.  So far, so good.
