Howdy,

This weekend my 69 quit running (running well, anyway)...all the classic
signs of a vacuum leak. I started poking around and found that all 4 of
the nuts holding it down were loose. AHA! I figured the problem was
solved...but it wasn't. Tightening the carb down helped, certainly, but it
still has symptoms of a vacuum leak. I plugged the vacuum fitting for the
dizzy...no relief. I tried the spray method...no luck.

Anyone have experience with this carb, and specifically with it developing
strange vacuumesque behaviors?

Any help welcomed!
