Square Nose Bugeye (?)

I've seen photos of several square-body Sprites/Midgets with Bugeye
front ends - Frank's "Pieces" for example.  Has anyone ever gone the
other way and put a square-body front end on a Bugeye?  I have a simple
line drawing that shows what it would look like -
