Larry,

I would tell them what venturi and jets you want in it, noting that this is a
company, as far as I know, and like a lot of others that jets the DGV the same
for all A Series engines, irrespective of size.  Also, if the engine is not
stock the jetting will vary from whatever the 'standard' jetting will be.

As far as manifolds go the Maniflow steel ones are quite a lot better than the
alloy ones irrespective of who they are from.  This also is not just about
inlet gas flow but also heat soak which can be a real problem when using a
DCOE.  

Finally, get a decent K&N air filter for the carb and rams to suit.
