Hi Robert,
          If the throttle shafts are not worn it's easy to do yourself. 
If the shafts are worn you can either have the bodies rebushed or if the 
wear is not bad you can ream it out and install oversized shafts. You 
might want to give it a try. I have no reccomendation on a rebuilder, 
sorry.
