Larry,
     I suspect they are the same ones that Moss and VB sell.  The quality sounds
the same.  Most of those places in England source from the same places.  You
already knew that the only way to have an original weight, deep chrome bumper
was to have an original in good shape then get it tripled chromed at an
expensive chrome plater.
