which alternator to use?

I'm going to need an alternator (like yesterday) for my midget.  Any ideas
on good ones to use?  Frank says late '80s Mazda or Mitsu but I don't know 
much about these cars or trucks.  Any specific model recommendations
for something small with two leads connecting?
