The spring poundage that is acceptable depends in part on the weight of the
car (heavier or lighter than stock) and how bumpy the roads are.

My advice is always the same and worth repeating - On the front go for a stiff
anti roll bar and mild on the springs (low 300s).  All round don't go more
than an inch lower unless you really know what you are doing.  Fit
Polyurethane bushes were possible and then see how it feels.

What is wild for you maybe mild for someone else and vice versa.
