The car on the Winner's Circle website is a CB model.  I can't remember the
exact year.  Anyway, that bumper is an add-on kit and isn't an original RB,
it's fiberglass.  But it looks interesting enough...

On the winner's circle website.(www.spridgets.com I Think) they have a
picture advertising a set of fender flares and the car has the bumpers
painted red, like the body.  It makes a nice looking car.
