To use a generic two arm puller: Put a large wrench over the centre of
the hub. The arbor will press against this. A third hand makes this
much easier. This job is frustrating if you are using two hands to hold
both arms and the wrench. However, it can be done with patience.
You can make a slide hammer puller out of your brake drum. Put the drum
on the hub backward. ie: the wheel studs will go through the holes
they normally do, but the braking surface faces outward. Screw on each
wheel nut a few turns, and start hammering.
Whatever you do, don't pry off the hub from behind. I have seen the
product of this method and it isn't pretty.
