I came across this a few times. If rocking it in 4th sisn't budge the
engine, it's seized.
At the very least the head has to come off. I have had good luck with a
suitable oak log and a really big hammer. THIS IS NO JOKE! I pulled the
head, stuck a piece of firewood in the cylinder and mashed it with a 12
lb sledge. this freed up the stuck piston and the car still runs perfect
3 years later.
When you pull the head you will see all 4 pistons at midway. this is
where they tend to seize up. Keep soaking it and rocking it, you may get
lucky.
