Dim. Solid vs Wire Wheels

Drew,

Here are the measurements from the banjo's that we have.  The measurements 
are taken between the brake drum backing plates at the parking brake levers.

40 3/4 inches -  Wire wheel banjo 1/4 elliptic suspension from a 1961 Midget.

41 3/4 inches  - Disk wheel banjo 1/4 elliptic suspension, source unknow.

41 3/4 inches - Disk wheel banjo simi elliptic suspension, 1966 Sprite.
