I dunno, maybe...or maybe everyones at granny's etc. and she don't got no

I got bored/annoyed with linkages falling of all about the place so I went 
italian...put the DHLA40 on.
Who can tell me how to adjust the screws down at the manifold end...I think 
they're the 'idle mixture' screws?
