Hey Larry,
I never said it's impossible to have a leaky tranny front seal, I just said
it is more likely that it is the engine rear seal. If I were a betting
man............

The seal of the input shaft can be screwed up installing the engine and
tranny separately. If you put too much pressure on the shaft at the wrong
angle. Don't ask.....
