Hi David,

Thanks for the info and a recount of your good success with the home
buying event in Reno.

I too use that same technique of pricing to buy cars at impound yards. 
Sometime it works too well!  I hate to bring several junkers home on the
same day!  Now they have switched to oral bids and it is so time
consuming to stand around as they wander around the yard with a bull horn
and clip board selling a couple of hundred cars.  I long for the old
system where I could look over the list, check out the cars, place my
bids and be gone in 15 minutes.  At least that's something that can be
done at e bay.
