Gang, I know this is the Spridgets list (is there an RX7 list?) but just a
simple question for the motorheads.
On my midget, I also tried the trick of blowing compressed air into the fuel
line from the tank just before I cracked the old pump. Ok to do this to the
RX7 too, right?
We've had a recurring problem with the fuel filter clogging up and starving
the engine. I just replace the filter again and it didn't cure the problem
this time. So I asm guessing the problem is at the pick up in the tank now.
So my plan is to go out later and blow back through the fuel line with the
compressor. Anyone think I'll harm anything...Japs can be particular I
know...????
