Hard top seals

I'm soon going to need a rear window seal as well as the window and body
seals for a Bugeye hardtop. I remember recommendations of several JC
Whitney seals that come close, but which are the ones that are the closest
to original or work best? Can I find a correct rear window seal at your
usual auto glass shop? I have all the originals to compare.
