I agree here. If I give a guy $155 to do a job and the job isn't done, I
would take it back and expect him to make it right, since it isn't. If he is
at all ethical he probably wouldn't want you to be a grumbling dis-satisfied
customer anyway. Its bad for business. Go back and tell the guy what he did
didn't work and he needs to resolve it.
