Hypochondria! As soon as I read about other listers problems with worn distributors I decided I had the same disease. The RPM fluctuates about 500 revs when it gets up to about 3500, but is steady at all other throttle settings above and below that. Is this the same thing? How much play is acceptable when you grasp the rotor and wiggle it side to side? It is a centrifugal advance dizzy. Regards, Glen Byrns '59 bugeye |
