Rick:  No, I understand the point, and as an AHCA member I would question the 
same--but the point is that any delegate can bring up anything regardless of 
sensibility--maybe even buying a Rocket and putting an Austin Healey 
Satellite into orbit so that anyone with a telescope trained on it could see 
our logo on the side of the Orbiter. LOL  And any suggestion brought up by a 
delegate must be given discussion time.  Doesn't mean it is going to happen, 
as the continung transcript said.

Me?  Hell, I think EVERYTHING is too high!!!  8^)
