Wire wheel specs

Hi every one,

I was told by my tire man that Puddles has a wrapped wheel.  They only
have 10k on them.  I have checked the amount with a dial indicator, it's
off by .050' of an inch.  Would that give me problems or did this guy
just screw up the balance weights?  It's is vibrating a little in the
back ever since I replaced the tires.  Could he have warped the wheel
when  removing the old tire.  He thinks not.  They have the latest e/q
for rim mounted tire removal.
