I rebuilt both my bug-i brake systems in the 80's with lockheed kits. I
bleed them about every 5 years and always use LMA. I've never had a problem
with either, one is a daily driver and the other is lucky to be driven twice
a year. My thoughts are that location is the main factor, both cars are in
Reno where 50% humidity is muggy. I think the air here draws the water out
of the brake fluid.
