A+ timing pulleys have a cut-out in the front pulley that matches this
description. Some Maestro's etc have A+ with an electronically controlled
carb. There is a mounting for some sort of pick-up on the timing cover
conversion kits that I sent to Waterloo Drivetrian (John Black - on this
list) Can't remember if ALL of them had this mounting point. Could send
JPEG if required.
