Hey, when I had another Sprite Mk.I, with metal bonnet, it was never latched.
Even the bumps in the road never moved it! Took me all my strength to lift it.

However, for those who have any later type of >>lighweight<< bonnet, this is
a most valuable reminder to check it out. Cannot be nice to have that happen.

BTW, Frank, if you have old Windows 3.1  3 1/2" disks, you could try shoving
those in. Think it should boot in that mode. You might be able to move up to
98 from there. We also got a new computer with Windows ME. Have not had many 
problems (yet??) Part from fact that I don't want to use the Windows eMailer, 
so I downloaded Eudora, which is what I used on previous machine. Still have 
not been able to configure it, so eMails are still being run on the old 
computer for the time being. If you do get ME running, create a Rescue Disk
set ASAP. I've had to use them twice so far!
