Hey List,

In the process of installing a Datsun 5-speed in the 74 I need to remove the
pilot bearing
from the 1275 crank. How? I tried my mechanic's method of filling the hole with
grease and
then pounding the clutch alignment tool with a hammer. Well I destroyed the
alignment tool
but didn't budge the bearing. A bearing extractor at NAPA is 60 bucks. There
has to be a
simple way of removing it. Any answers out there.

Thanks
