Is he planning to replace the fulcrum pin bushings?  Nearly always required 
when rebuilding a front end.  If so, is he going to silver solder them 
himself?  That is an "iffy" job that requires a lot of alignment, soooo, 
since it would probably be best to go with rebuilt lower A-arms this would be 
taken care of.  Or are you talking about the holes in the body shell itself?
