Yes, it is interesting that the original 1967 seat cushions that are in my
Bugeye had no signs of deterioration when I took them apart in 1996. I did
have to put new diaphragms (springs?) in both seat bottoms. Otherwise, I put
the cleaned up covers back on, and they are still there. At least the old
stuff was good quality.
