No, but theres the Arkansas do it yourself vasectomy...Hand one of Bill's
cousins a coffe can full of firecrackers with a lit short fuse and tell him
to count to ten before thorwing it...he'll count fingers on free hand..one
tow three four five six, and then put it between his knees to free up the
other fingers for counting up to ten...
