And make sure ALL your fans are running! My sister's PC killed the processor 
recently due to the CPU cooling fan (the one right on the processor) dying. 
Unfortunately unless you went to real pains to buy good quality fans (CPU, 
case, and power supply), most of the ones our there are worth a flip. About a 
week after my sister's CPU died, I discovered the fan had quit in the power 
supply of one of my machines. Luckily it's an older machine and not prone to 
heat problems, but part of the supply that fed the fan had toasted some 
capacitors. If you haven't done it for a while, open up your PCs and get some 
canned air and blow them out - do this outside though as there can be a LOT 
of dust in there. If you happen to be a smoker, it can be orders of 
magnitudes worse, maybe even with sticky gunk inside. I've worked on some 
that were used by heavy smokers - secondhand smoke is bad for PCs too.
