Let's see...
Fiberglass insulation in the walls, 1/4 inch luan or plywood over it, paint
it white (or blueboard & plaster, codes you know). Insulate & strap the
ceiling, cover with same. Direct vent propane heater set between two studs
for heat.
Eight foot fluorescent lights with cold weather ballasts. Sturdy work
benches, sandblast cabinet, small spray booth with ventialtion system,
welding table, steel storage cabinets with doors. Lots of 20 amp outlets,
220v 60 amp outlet for welder, 30 for compressor. Overhead trolley on an
I-beam with electric hoist. Washer and dryer for shop towels and clothes.
Old coke machine modified to dispense your favorite beverage...any room left
for a lift?
