I am rebuilding my 1275 this winter. I'll be using a Kent 266 cam with
new lifters and standard rocker arm assembly. The old pushrods are
straight but have enough wear that most of them have a little "bump"
worn into the convex end (the end that sits inside of the lifter cup).

Can I grind the bump of the end and reuse these pushrods, or will it
mess up the valve train dynamics enough I'll be kicking myself in two
years for not springing for new ones?
