Hi John,

40819 was supplied at least in 1964 in the Mini Cooper, "S" model.  That's all I
know, exept I think there were a lot more than 5 of these made!  Some might be 
in
sock drawers, though and it's entirely possible that one went down in the Andrea
Doria!!
