You are confusing NOS and OEM.

AMCO no longer makes wind wings for
BE's or early Spridgets, to my knowledge.

Therefore any left unused would be correctly NOS AMCO.

If I found an original Judson kit unused
I could logically state it was an NOS
Judson Kit....and that is exactly what it
would be.
