Clutch fork in backwards? BTDT but only once.
too short of a clutch slave pin? Should measure 2 11/16: fron center of 
hole to end. Maybe try sticking a nut behind it and see if it works.
Extend-o-pin, but be carefull it doesn't extend too much or you will eat 
the release bearing.
