When you send a tach out to a commercial rebuilding service, what do they do
to calibrate it? Are they just turning that small wheel inside the case to
set it? I am wondering if it is the case that it can only be accurate at one
point and starts getting less accurate either side of this setting. Also, has
anyone any knowledge of using a battery charger to calibrate the tach. It
puts out a pulsed 12 volt DC current. Couldn't this be used as a signal? Any
thoughts out there? Bob C
